IMPORTANCE EATING FRUITS IN                                  HUMAN BODY

Fruits are an importance parts of healthy diet they are naturally low in calories, fat, sodium and cholesterol.

Fruits lower risk of illness and diseases. Fruits contain many vitamins and nutrients that may like prevent diseases like Strokes, heart diseases, kidney stones bone.

Fruits keep body regular is rich in fiber which is essential for the smooth movement of food in the body digestive system.

Gives the body energy; all fruits contain carbohydrates which is the source of energy.
