vitamins and nutrients that may like prevent diseases like Strokes, heart
diseases, kidney stones bone.
Fruits keep body regular is rich in fiber which is
essential for the smooth movement of food in the body digestive system.
Gives the body energy; all fruits contain carbohydrates
which is the source of energy.
